Baldwin Park Village Center – The Company was selected to develop the commercial heart of this nationally acclaimed urban redevelopment. This project incorporates 200,000 sqft of office and retail with 177 apartment homes designed around a pedestrian-friendly downtown village center.

The Fountains – The Company designed and developed this marquee 100,000 sqft mixed-use retail and office commercial center. This development is architecturally rich, capitalizing on the Tuscan theme prevalent along the upscale Sand Lake corridor.

Water Tower Place – The Company was selected by the Celebration Company to develop its 130,000 sqft mixed-use grocer anchored lifestyle center. This project required extensive coordination with The Celebration Company (Disney) with respect to Architecture, Design, Construction, and Tenant Selection.

Altamonte Town Center – The Company is responsible for the redevelopment and development of 200,000 sqft of the retail and office components. This project requires the Company to develop first-generation space while synergistically redeveloping existing retail uses.

Casselberry Citi Centre – The Company was recently selected by the City of Casselberry to create and develop a “Citi Centre” – creating a core mixed-use draw for the city, incorporating a community center, City offices, retail and residential uses.

The Square on I-Drive – Previously named Mercado was the largest single commercial acreage piece on I-Drive converted from an old retail center to a large mixed-use entertainment.
